Interpersonal Communication:
Being at your best, even
with your worst
"them"!
A fun way to learn critical
coping skills for working well with everyone!

Milo Shapiro
&
Maggie Pound have blended some of the best of their programs on
interpersonal dynamics to create a super-fun, desperately-needed
crash course in using bringing out the best in ourselves and
others so that communication is at its best.
The
day starts with Milo Shapiro of IMPROVentures
challenging your creativity and stimulating laughter.
Milo uses games and technique of improvisation to bring to light so
many aspects of business communication, collaboration, and how we may
undermine our own success in these areas!
Highly
interactive, but full of discussion on the realizations and "aha's"
that attendees have. These hours will not be focused on
teambuilding, per se, but Milo borrows many of the exercises
from his successful TEAMprovisingä
course, simply applying them differently in this focus on interacting with clients,
colleagues, co-workers, bosses and subordinates.
The afternoon is a
full course from Maggie Pound of TrainingCentric specifically on
dealing with difficult people. Maggie asks: Are you challenged by
dealing with:

The Covert? |

The Critic? |

The Exploder? |

The Victim? |
Maggie's half of the
day is a more standard training format, but with a few playful
twists as well. After Milo gets the group thinking about
communication and potential pitfalls, Maggie provides specific strategies of dealing with people with definably
troublesome personality traits. These techniques and tips
can replace work stress with comfortable productivity.
