For business card printing, the best deal I've ever heard of is at www.printmaniac.com . 5000 cards with glossy full color on both sides for $99 plus shipping (no tax either!).
For brochure printing, the best deal I found after much searching was with Consolidated Concepts at www.consolidconcepts.com. Under $500 for 4/4 100# with aqueous coating. And he delivered them to me in a parking lot en route to a gig so I'd have them in time. That's service!
For design work, I recommend Glenn Kramer. He did my business cards and I'm really happy with them. Click to see the current design. He's in the industry full time but has just started doing side work for extra income, so he's affordable and really nice to work with. kramerglenn@hotmail.com

really beat 3 cent copies with free delivery?
